This cuvée Le Cèdre 2020 du Château du Cèdre has a very concentrated, opaque color. The nose exudes notes of coffee and sloe. The minty flavor so characteristic of Cahors wines is present. This Chateauneuf-du-Pape red from Domaine Usseglio 2022 has an open nose with notes of cocoa and roasting. On the palate, the wine has a fine, delicate attack. This Chateauneuf-du-Pape develops notes of cocoa, toast and sweet spices. A few more years will allow it to truffle. Excellent value for money. Wine advocate : 90-92 Robinson : 16.5

from Domaine D'Aupilhac possesses outstanding freshness and complexity. It develops aromas of white flowers and white peaches, supported by superb wood ageing. A great gastronomic wine.

This Châteauneuf-du-pape blanc du Domaine Usseglio has an open nose with notes of white flesh fruits. On the palate, the wine is beautifully fresh, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, apricot and almonds. Nice length.

This 1er cru Langenberg 2023 from domaine Marcel Deiss is a superb success. Nose of lemon, grapefruit and white flowers (lily of the valley, elderberry), light mineral touches spice up the bouquet, the palate is airy and subtle, like an aromatic cloud, leaving on the finish a sensation of salinity so characteristic of the granite terroirs of St Hippolyte. The wine is fuller and more complex than a simple Riesling St Hippolyte; the material is more subtle and bounces back with little acidic, tonic twitches.

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du domaine Gauby is beautifully racy. The nose is complex with notes of black fruits and spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, echoing the aromas of the nose, with great length. A wine still a long way from its peak. Magnificent!

The château Mazères has a pure, airy nose with soft notes of red cherry and strawberry. On the palate, the wine is elegant, resting on fine tannins and crisp acidity. 2019 is a great success, with good cellaring potential. A classic Pomerol on finesse, we love it!

Croix Sorine 2023 from vignobles Ludovic Pierrot is a magnificent parcel. Pinot noir expresses itself with great elegance and finesse. The wine reveals notes of black fruit, with a fresh, precise finish. Enjoy over 7 years.

The champagne Brut Tradition de Sousa is a blend of several years. Pinots noirs give it roundness, pinots meunier vinosity, chardonnays freshness.

Taut and fresh, the Cuvée Montserre is a magnificent, all-fine Chablis from Château de Béru. The texture on the palate is delicate and the wine is luminous. A beautiful bottle!

The Santenay 1er Cru "Les Gravières" from Domaines Ludovic Pierrot is an expressive, ruby-red wine. It offers a complex bouquet with red and black fruit aromas, often accompanied by floral and spice notes. Structured on the palate, it reveals fine, elegant tannins. A silky wine with good acidity that gives it a certain freshness.

The 2019 Château Fonroque is a great success.

The Santenay sous la Roche blanc des Vignobles Ludovic Pierrot is a great Burgundy wine. Chardonnay finds a fine, chiseled expression here, all elegance and precision. A wine to be enjoyed over 10 years.

Cote aux Pretres du château de Béru is a superb, saline, concentrated and mineral Chablis. A haute couture natural wine!

Cuvée Yuman 18 from Domaine Benoît Marguet is a Blanc de Blancs champagne that evolves on fruit and freshness. It's a perfect champagne for the aperitif, developing notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit. A fine introduction to the domaine.

Burlenberg 2019 from domaine Marcel Deiss is a wild, full-bodied wine with a fruity (black raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry), spicy (nutmeg) and smoky nose. This Chateauneuf-du-Pape Pur Clairette blanc from Domaine Usseglio is very rare. Delicate and refined it develops on notes of fresh fruit and orange blossom. The palate is greedy and elegant, offering stone fruit flavors and a subtle floral touch. Long finish with a beautiful saline and iodine rectitude

This Pure Roussanne cuvée from the domaine Raymond Usseglio is a very great white Chateauneuf-du-pape. It develops aromas of white flowers and citrus, with a fresh, unctuous mouthfeel. Exceptional length!
