The Jonathan Didier Pabiot estate in a few words

Jonathan Pabiot started out in Pouilly in 2005 with 3.5 hectares of vines. From the outset, Jonathan has worked his Loire wines organically. Jonathan Didier Pabiot's organic wines are slender, mineral and precise.

The domaine has grown over the years and now covers 15 hectares of vines. 4 cuvées are produced in Pouilly-Fumé: Florilège, l'entrée en matière, Aubaine, Prédilection and Eurythmie. Only indigenous yeasts are used on the estate, and ageing is discreet to bring out the terroir to the full.

The Domaine Jonathan Didier Pabiot cuvées

Prélude is the domaine's first cuvée, made from young vines, and is an excellent preamble to the domaine's style.

Florilège is the estate's flagship cuvée, a blend of several parcels from the estate. A must-have!

Aubaine is a parcel from limestone terroir: it develops on notes of exotic fruits and fine oak.

Prédilection comes from marl terroirs: the wine is mineral, deep and very long. A great bottle of gastronomy.

Utopia is the estate's natural cuvée, made from old vines, vinified without inputs and aged in barrels over 10 years old.
