The domaine Santamaria is located in Oletta, in the Patrimonio appellation in Corsica. Thomas is the sixth generation of winemakers, organic since 2011 on 13 hectares, limestone and clay scree land, south of the Gulf of Saint Florent.
Niellucciu, the appellation's emblematic black grape variety, produces complex, powerful reds with great length, developing on notes of black fruits, spices, all combined with beautiful freshness and elegance.
The whites of the domaine Santamaria are made fromvermentinu, the Corsican malvasia, offers wines of great subtlety, endowed with a beautiful freshness.The domaine Santamaria has the particularity of also owning grenaches, to elaborate the magnificent cuvée Tanoï, which develops a greedy fruit and possesses a great sweetness.
