The Indication Géographique Protégée (IGP) Sainte-Beaume is a wine-growing nugget nestled in the heart of France's Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Renowned for the quality of its wines and the beauty of its terroir, this PGI embodies the authenticity and excellence of Provencal viticulture.

The terroir of the Sainte-Beaume PGI is characterized by clay-limestone soils and sunny hillsides, ideal for growing vines. Situated between sea and mountains, this terroir benefits from a temperate Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild winters, ideal for ripening grapes. Local grape varieties, such as Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle, find here an exceptional terroir in which to fully express their aromatic and taste potential.

The winemakers of IGP Sainte-Beaume are committed to sustainable viticulture, favoring practices that respect the environment. By limiting the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, they preserve soil biodiversity and help protect the local ecosystem. Some wineries have also opted to convert to organic farming, to guarantee the purity and authenticity of their wines.

The Sainte-Beaume PGI covers around 1,200 hectares of vineyards spread over several communes in the Var. Each year, this PGI produces around 30,000 hectoliters of wine, divided between reds, rosés and whites. Sainte-Beaume PGI wines are distinguished by their freshness, elegance and character, offering a unique and authentic taste experience.
