On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.

Echappée Belle is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes dominated by carignan . The nose develops notes of pepper, liquorice and black fruit. On the palate, we find the freshness of the carignan and its red fruit notes. Great length!
