Les Gourgoules du Château de Caraguilhes is a superb Corbière: powerful, spicy and refined, it's the ideal companion to grilled meats. On the palate, the attack of this organic wine is silky with notes of pepper, blackberry and black olive that underline the fleshy side of this wine. The tannins give the wine excellent hold, reinforcing its overall balance. On the palate, we find the freshness of our Caraguilhes terroir, of which this wine is a modern expression. An elegant, spirited wine. Good value for money.

Les Gourgoules 2025 is the flagship wine of Château de Caraguilhes — "the spearhead of the Corbières revival." 50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Carignan, from the Boutenac terroir. Certified organic since 1987, Demeter biodynamic.

This white organic wine from Château de Caraguilhes has a beautifully complex nose between white fruit and the mineral side of the wine. It develops on notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot underlined on the second nose by light citrus scents. The palate is full and silky, with a lovely freshness. Citrus fruits are present, accompanied by a hint of acacia and fennel. A well-balanced organic wine with good length at the back of the palate.

Le trou de l'Ermite du Château de Caraguilhes possesses a dense nose marked by beautiful fruit full of freshness. It develops on deep notes of blackberry and licorice, followed by rosemary and thyme. The palate is round and full-bodied, underlined by dark berry aromas and hints of black tapenade. The freshness of the mid-palate gives the wine real personality. The Compagnon du Domaine Lédogar is a great Corbières. The color is concentrated, with light ruby highlights. The nose is floral, evoking black fruit buds. The palate is explosive, with notes of black fruit and liquorice. A superb success.

What a treat the cuvée 191 des Clos Perdus is! This Corbières from Clos Perdus reveals itself to be fresh and full of life. Far from heavy, alcoholic Corbières, this Cuvée 191 plays the fruit and gourmet card. A magnificent bottle to accompany herbed lamb, for example.

The signature wine of Domaine de Dernacueillette — the Corbières that most faithfully expresses the terroir of Termenès. A blend of Syrah (55%), Carignan (35%)—including vines ranging from 75 to 150 years old—and Grenache (10%), with no added sulfites, grown at an altitude of 600 meters.

An open and complex nose of black fruit, violet, pepper, and earth. Fresh and taut on the palate, with fine tannins, remarkable acidity, and elegant length. Decanting reveals its full depth.

Echappée Belle is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes dominated by carignan . The nose develops notes of pepper, liquorice and black fruit. On the palate, we find the freshness of the carignan and its red fruit notes. Great length!

Prioundo des Clos Perdus is a superb, well-balanced Corbières: it's a rich, gourmand organic wine, developing on notes of red fruit (raspberry, cherry), with a mineral finish (earth, wet stone) and bitter orange peel. Very good length.

Solus du Château de Caraguilhes is an ambitious Corbières Boutenac. Aged 10 months in oak barrels, this modern organic wine has a flattering nose of black fruit, rosemary and reglisse. Powerful and structured on the palate, it combines strength and smoothness. Great length!

The Domaine de Dernacueillette's flagship wine — the only one aged in 50-hl Austrian oak casks for 26 months. A blend of organic, sulfite-free Syrah (60%), Carignan (30%), and Grenache (10%), grown on the schist soils of Termenès at an altitude of 600 meters.

Delicate, fruity, precise, and fresh on the nose. Powerful on the palate with supple, well-integrated tannins and exceptional length. The estate’s wine for fine dining and aging—reaches its peak in 10 years.

Mire la Mer des Clos Perdus is a powerful, racy cuvée. This organic Corbières wine is made from a rigorous selection of grapes from 5 plots with heavy, clay-limestone soils on the edge of the detangs between Peyriac-de-Mer and Bages. The wine is partially aged in barrels. This is a cuvée for laying down, made to last for years. Forget about 10 years in the cellar.

The prestigious single-vineyard cuvée from Domaine de Dernacueillette. A blend of organic, sulfite-free Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan from the estate’s highest plots on schist soil at an elevation of 690 meters.

The nose is highly mineral with notes of citrus and blood orange. On the palate: round, full-bodied, and fruity, with blood orange on the attack, ripe red fruits on the finish, and soft, silky tannins. One of the finest organic Corbières wines, best served at 13–16°C in large glasses.

Rozeta is a superb Corbières from domaine Maxime Magnon. This fruit-filled organic wine knows how to be greedy and complex: it develops on notes of red fruit, garrigue and thyme. We appreciate the balance of this cuvée, which remains soft and digestible.

Campagnes de domaine Maxime Magnon is a great Corbières made from old estate carignan. Maxime sublimates this grape variety, creating a very velvety wine that develops on notes of sweet spices and cooked red fruits. La Bégou du domaine Maxime Magnon is a superb white Corbières. Its nose develops notes of white fruit, accompanied by floral touches. The palate is well-balanced, bright, taut and greedy. A great gastronomic wine.
