The domaine Vincent Dauvissat is a highly regarded domaine in Chablis. He has long made the use of wood for winemaking and wine aging a mandatory practice. The vines are rigorously cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, but without certification. Domaine Vincent Dauvissat's Chablis are out of the ordinary in their purity and consistency year after year.
