The Domaine Gilles Robin is a superb estate located in the Crozes-Hermitage and Cornas terroirs. The estate is run using organic farming methods and produces wines as close as possible to the grape.

The Domaine Gilles Robin has decided to mature its best wines in demi-muids. While the quality of the grapes was the major objective for each generation, it very quickly became apparent that the differences in potential, depending on the parcels, needed to be exploited to the full during vinification.

After many years of winemaking, the Domaine Gilles Robin has decided to use demi-muids to mature its best wines.

After many years' work on soil analysis and parcel-by-parcel vinification, the estate has been able to bring out the best in all its vines and terroirs, especially those with unique finesse, elegance and power.
