The Thierry Navarre estate in a few words...
The Domaine Thierry Navarre is an estate located in the Saint-Chinian terroir. The estate produces superb organic wines, including a significant presence of ancient grape varieties.
The domaine Thierry Navarre extends over 12 hectares on a brown schist terroir, which brings a beautiful freshness to the whole range of its wines. The vineyards are managed with respect for nature, and are certified organic. The grapes are harvested by hand.
The Domaine Thierry Navarre has put the spotlight back on a forgotten grape variety, Ribeyrenq, which, according to the winemaker, will help to adapt somewhat to climate change in this area. It produces a wine with floral aromas and silky, delicate tannins.
Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2023 about the 2-star Thierry Navarre estate: "Thierry Navarre cultivates his vineyard with great care on the beautiful schist slopes of the picturesque village of Roquebrun. For the past twenty years, he has campaigned for varietal diversity in and around his vineyard. So it's here that you'll be able to taste Oeillades wine or Ribeyrenc, both of which have become must-tries. The winemaker's wines also reflect the open, sunny, mineral landscape of this Saint-Chinian cru. The range is regular, without any show of strength. We place this fair and balanced expression among the elite of the sector."

.Lignières is a dry, lively white, very mineral for this region, a fine match for shellfish and fish.
