This Sauvignon de Touraine du domaine de l'Octavie develops notes of citrus, white flowers and mineral nuances. On the palate, with a clean attack, the wine is well-balanced, with a supple yet fresh texture and good aromatic typicity that reveals itself on white fruits (peach). A beautiful, delicate and harmonious Touraine.

Very pretty Gamay from Domaine de l'Octavie! On the nose, this wine develops notes of red and black fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry) and pepper on a mineral background. On the palate, it's lively, supple, fresh and fruity. The finish lingers on an elegant hint of pepper.

Canaille du Clos Roussely is a pretty Touraine wine. The nose develops on notes of red fruit and pepper. The palate has superb, very silky substance, developing on notes of small strawberries, raspberry; the wine benefits from a lovely overall freshness; A very fine success to be drunk over 2-3 years.

Pur Fruit du Causse is a Cahors 100% malbec from Château Combel La Serre that has a wide-open nose with notes of black fruits. The palate is supple, greedy and fruity, with raspberry and redcurrant aromas. Beautiful freshness on the finish brings superb balance to the whole. Excellent value for money.

Camy 2020 du domaine de Laougué is a Madiran with great substance. This elegant wine develops on notes of very ripe red fruit (blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry) typical of tannat. Silky, smooth tannins on the palate. Spicy, toasty and finely woody notes on the finish. A fine introduction to this appellation.

The blanquette de Limoux from Maison Antech is pale yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, the bubbles are fine; it develops on notes of spring flowers and orchard fruits. Harmonious, round and well-balanced on the palate.

This Crémant de Limoux from Domaine Antech showcases the Chardonnay grape variety, giving this cuvée undeniable elegance and charming brioche notes. The fine bubbles are perfectly suited to an aperitif.

Belladonna du Domaine Saint Daumary is a superb Pic-Saint-Loup. The nose is expressive, with notes of red fruits and spices. The palate is supple, gourmand and slender. Superb balance. Good value for money.

Gorgeous Beaume de Venise from Domaine d'Ouréa, both fresh and fruity, with lovely aromatic intensity, without falling into heaviness. Superb for this first vintage in this color!

The cuvée Grande Réserve du domaine de Chiroulet is a virtuoso expression of the precious essence of the estate's old vines, planted on its finest clays. This cuvée develops notes of black fruit, wood, white tobacco and sweet spices. Great length.

Botijo blanco is an attractive, intensely aromatic white. On the palate, it is dry with lively acidity and notes of lime and grapefruit that linger after each sip.

This Saint-Emilion du Chateau Petit Bouquey is very good value for money: greedy, full of fruit, it's a modern Bordeaux developing on notes of black fruit and spices. Good length.

The cuvée Petit Sid du domaine Cosse Maisonneuve is a fleshy, fruity and spicy Cahors. A modern version of the AOP, with a beautiful elegance.

We fell under the spell of this Marty cuvée from the domaine de Laougué. The nose develops notes of ripe stewed fruit, cherry, plum, nuanced by remarkably well-balanced spicy notes. The palate is full-bodied and well-coated, lined with lovely ripe fruit and silky, mellow tannins. The roasted notes brought on by barrel ageing blend harmoniously with the red fruit notes. Les contours de deponcins du domaine François Villard is a 100% viognier wine. A true little Condrieu, it amazes with its gourmandise and balance. Superb!
