The cuvée Déchainée du domaine Boucard is a very pretty Bourgueil, supple and full of fruit, very successful in this vintage!

Canaille du Clos Roussely is a pretty Touraine wine. The nose develops on notes of red fruit and pepper. The palate has superb, very silky substance, developing on notes of small strawberries, raspberry; the wine benefits from a lovely overall freshness; A very fine success to be drunk over 2-3 years.

Pur Fruit du Causse is a Cahors 100% malbec from Château Combel La Serre that has a wide-open nose with notes of black fruits. The palate is supple, greedy and fruity, with raspberry and redcurrant aromas. Beautiful freshness on the finish brings superb balance to the whole. Excellent value for money.

Chateau Haut-Ventenac's l'Authentique is a deliciously fruity Bordeaux. This unoaked wine expresses all the personality of its generous terroir and a maturity full of gourmandise. Flexible, L'Authentique can be enjoyed with tapas or served with a good piece of grilled meat.

The blanquette de Limoux from Maison Antech is pale yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, the bubbles are fine; it develops on notes of spring flowers and orchard fruits. Harmonious, round and well-balanced on the palate.

This Crémant de Limoux from Domaine Antech showcases the Chardonnay grape variety, giving this cuvée undeniable elegance and charming brioche notes. The fine bubbles are perfectly suited to an aperitif.

Belladonna du Domaine Saint Daumary is a superb Pic-Saint-Loup. The nose is expressive, with notes of red fruits and spices. The palate is supple, gourmand and slender. Superb balance. Good value for money.

This gewurztraminer Wahlenbourg du domaine Ginglinger is a blend of different parcels from the Felsacker, Sundgass and Hissererweg lieux-dits, three predominantly limestone terroirs imprinting a particularly fruity, lively and sapid style on the gewurztraminer. Invariably, our Walhenbourg cuvée is a gourmet gewurztraminer, playing on finesse and elegance. We loved the superb integration of residual sugar in this Alsatian white.

Gorgeous Beaume de Venise from Domaine d'Ouréa, both fresh and fruity, with lovely aromatic intensity, without falling into heaviness. Superb for this first vintage in this color!

The cuvée Grande Réserve du domaine de Chiroulet is a virtuoso expression of the precious essence of the estate's old vines, planted on its finest clays. This cuvée develops notes of black fruit, wood, white tobacco and sweet spices. Great length.

Botijo blanco is an attractive, intensely aromatic white. On the palate, it is dry with lively acidity and notes of lime and grapefruit that linger after each sip.

This Saint-Emilion du Chateau Petit Bouquey is very good value for money: greedy, full of fruit, it's a modern Bordeaux developing on notes of black fruit and spices. Good length.

The cru Monnières-Saint Fiacre du domaine de la Haute Févrie is located on our best terroirs between Monnières and Saint-Fiacre, this exceptional Muscadet is the fruit of rigorous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar. 24 months (minimum) of aging on lees in the cellar allow this Muscadet to develop the substance and characters that make it a great wine for aging.

We fell under the spell of this Marty cuvée from the domaine de Laougué. The nose develops notes of ripe stewed fruit, cherry, plum, nuanced by remarkably well-balanced spicy notes. The palate is full-bodied and well-coated, lined with lovely ripe fruit and silky, mellow tannins. The roasted notes brought on by barrel ageing blend harmoniously with the red fruit notes. Superb!

The cuvée Petit Sid du domaine Cosse Maisonneuve is a fleshy, fruity and spicy Cahors. A modern version of the AOP, with a beautiful elegance.

Le Chiroubles du domaine de la Grosse Pierre est un vin naturel fruité, gourmand, léger, qui se décline sur des notes de petits fruits rouges. Une jolie gourmandise !

Les contours de deponcins du domaine François Villard is a 100% viognier wine. A true little Condrieu, it amazes with its gourmandise and balance. Superb!

The cuvée Cours de Récré from domaine François Villard is a superb white Crozes-hermitage. This wine develops lemony notes on the nose; on the palate its citrus and exotic fruit aromas will whet your taste buds. Finishes on honey and apricot!

Franc Touch is an atypical 100% Cabernet Franc Bordeaux. This fine success is complex, gourmand and rich. To date, we recommend decanting; for the patient, forget about it for 7 to 10 years in the cellar.

The Bourgogne blanc du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot has a seductive nose with tasty fresh fruit. On the palate, it develops notes of vanilla and spice, complemented by a refreshing mineral touch. Quite chiseled with a little biscuity touch on the lingering finish.
