Organic conversion wines are presented in this category. Wines undergoing organic conversion meet the specifications for organic wines, but the vines have not been grown organically for 3 consecutive years. They are therefore not yet entitled to the organic label. Wines in organic conversion are entitled to use the CAB label from the 2nd year of conversion.
