AOC Fronton

The Don Quichotte 2022 is Domaine Le Roc's flagship wine, the gold standard of the Fronton appellation. A blend of Négrette (60%) and Syrah (40%), sourced from selected plots on boulbène soils—the clay-siliceous soils characteristic of Fronton. Gravity-fed vinification without crushing, followed by a long maceration of 4 weeks, and aged for 18 months in oak casks and 400-liter barrels. Deep color; a powerful and charming nose of cherry, wild strawberry, violet, and spices. The palate is indulgent and refined, rich and lively, with silky tannins and perfectly integrated oak.

Totço que cal, cuvée du Château Plaisance, has a lovely nose where red fruits, spices and discreet woodiness blend harmoniously. The palate is dense and velvety, fruity and invigorating, framed by spicy tannins. The whole possesses exceptional charm. A great bottle from the South-West that can be enjoyed now and over 5-7 years.
