Certified organic wines are in the spotlight in this section. The definition of organic wine has come a long way in recent years: in the past, only the cultivation of vines was certified. A number of estates producing organic wines are on offer. Here are just a few examples: Domaine Combier in Crozes-Hermitage, Domaine des 3 Celliers in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine Labranche-Laffond in Madiran, Château Leydet-Valentin in Saint-Emilion and Domaine Chantal Lescure in Burgundy
