The Domaine des Soulanes is a magnificent Roussillon estate. The estate produces red, white and rosé Côtes du Roussillon.

The Domaine des Soulanes, with a surface area of 17 hectares, was created in 2002 in the commune of Tautavel, in the Maury production area. Its name comes from the geographical term "soulane", meaning a hillside facing south-south-east. The estate is located in a natural corridor surrounded by garrigues.

The soils are made up of metamorphic schist, sedimentary marl, clay and limestone, with the vines flourishing on steep, arid, stony soils. The Soulanes estate enjoys exceptional sunshine accompanied by a dry north-westerly wind, the Tramontane, which is an asset for the plant, as it helps dry the vines and limit treatments in particular.

Les cuvées du domaine des Soulanes

The red wines are powerful and distinctive: they develop on notes of black fruit, but know how to keep a beautiful balance. Jean Pullis a supple, gourmet Cotes de Roussillon with notes of black fruit. Cuvée Salineis silky and powerful, with fruit and spice. Drink within 5-7 years.

The white organic wines from Domaine des Soulanes are mineral and taut: rare, they are real nuggets for the region. Kaya blanc is a straightforward, mineral organic wine that develops notes of white flowers. Cuvée Vieilles Vignes blanc is complex, elegant and fresh. Forget about it for a few years!

The rosé is greedy and round, fragrant and elegant: a model of its kind!
