Château Haut Moulin

Château Haut-Moulin is a winery located in Blaye, Gironde, France. It is classified as AOC Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux. The estate has been family-owned for four generations and is currently run by Christophe Chapron.

The vineyard covers 14 hectares and is planted with Merlot (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). The estate is farmed organically. The wines are vinified and aged in modern cellars.

Château Haut-Moulin produces two red wines: the Château Haut-Moulin cuvée Louise and the Château Haut-Moulin Vieilles Vignes. Château Haut-Moulin is a fruity, gourmet wine that goes well with red meats and dishes in sauce. Château Haut-Moulin Vieilles Vignes is a more complex and fine wine, possessing a lovely gourmandise.

Chateau Haut-Moulin wines regularly win medals at international competitions.
