The Bourgeuil AOC is located in the Loire Valley, some 50 kilometers from Tours. The Bourgueil AOC produces red wines based on cabernet franc and a little cabernet-sauvignon on the fringe.

The Peu Muleau cuvée from Domaine de la Chevalerie is a cuvée from sandy terroir. This bourgueil is round, light but endowed with a chewy ball. A real coup de cour when tasted in this great vintage!
