This La Miroenière cuvée is a favorite of this great 2020 vintage. This organic wine located not far from Chateauneuf-du-pape comes from a very qualitative terroir composed of sand and clay mixed with rolled pebbles. An exceptional wine from old Grenache vines, aged 16 months, partly in amphorae. Finesse and power combine in this great wine from the southern Rhone Valley.

This Montagny 1er cru du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a white Burgundy coup de coeur! The nose has character notably on verbena, pure white fruit on the palate, with a saline touch although the fruit is ripe, and a fresh apricot note.

The Clos du Papillon parcel from the domaine de Closel is an organic Savennières, with a very fine texture: it combines volume on the palate and minerality, with a long, persistent finish. This cuvée is absolutely cut out for ageing, and deserves to be waited for at least two to three years to reveal its full potential.

Les Quarterons du Clos des Quarterons is a joyful cuvée to drink young. It develops on notes of red fruit and accompanies white meats, fine charcuterie and other barbecues.

Fondis du Clos des Quarterons is an exceptional Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. Intense, powerful and racy, it combines finesse and complexity, power and greed in this lovely 2021 vintage. A high-flying cuvée.

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du Clos des Quarterons is a beautifully rich Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. After 1 to 3 hours decanting, this cuvée reveals candied cherry and prune notes. Good length for this cuvée, which can be enjoyed with white meat or a fine cheese.
