The Champagne Marguet is one of today's elite Champagnes.
Benoit Marguet's domain covers around 8 hectares, the majority of which is on Ambonnay, on grand cru terroirs. Benoit runs his estate biodynamically (certified), has been working the soil with a draught horse since 2010, ages his juices in young barrels and does very little sulfuring of his wines.
.The quality of his terroirs enables Benoit Marguet to produce different micro-cuvées (between 2000 and 3000 bottles), each more identaire than the last. Marguet Champagnes are low or no dosage, racy and elegant. They require a few years' cellaring to fully develop. We can truly speak of Champagne wines here.

Cuvée Yuman 18 from Domaine Benoît Marguet is a Blanc de Blancs champagne that evolves on fruit and freshness. It's a perfect champagne for the aperitif, developing notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit. A fine introduction to the domaine.

Champagne Marguet's cuvée Verzenay is a cuvée made from 100% pinot noir grapes. Aged in wood, this vinous cuvée combines power and finesse; it lets you discover the expressiveness of the great Verzenay terroir. This biodynamically-managed cuvée is low in sulfur, at just 19 mg/L.
