Château Grand Boise : An exceptional wine estate in Provence
Château Grand Boise is a family-run wine estate located in Saint-Cannat, in the Bouches-du-Rhône region of Provence. Founded in the 17th century, today it extends over 80 hectares of vines spread across the Côtes-de-Provence Sainte-Victoire and Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellations.
The Château Grand Boise vineyard is planted on clay-limestone and marl soils, typical of the Provencal region. These soils, combined with a warm, dry Mediterranean climate, give the grapes beautiful ripeness and aromatic richness. The estate is run biodynamically.
Chateau Grand Boise is today run by the Boyer family, who continue family traditions while adapting to modern requirements. The Boyer family is passionate about vines and wine, and is committed to producing high-quality wines expressive of the Provencal terroir.
Chateau Grand Boise produces a wide range of red, white and rosé wines, all Demeter certified.
The red wines are fruity and fleshy, with supple tannins and good acidity. They are made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
The white wines are fruity and fleshy, with supple tannins and good acidity.
The white wines are dry and aromatic, with a beautiful minerality. They are made from Rolle, Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes.
The rosé wines are dry and aromatic, with a nice minerality.
Rosé wines are fresh and gourmet, perfect for aperitifs or as an accompaniment to salads and grilled meats. They are made from the Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grape varieties.
The Rosé wines are made from the Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grape varieties. The rosé du Chateau Grand Boise is fine and elegant, with redcurrant and citrus notes. Auro blanc is a superb blanc de noirs cuvée, both gourmand and mineral. Auro rouge is a fruit bomb, a true southern delicacy, balanced and bewitching. The Blanc sec classique du Château Grand boise is dry and mineral with notes of citrus and fennel.

Auro du Château Grand Boise is a blend of 3 parcels of Grenache and Cinsault from the top of the estate. A fruity cuvée, vinified with indigenous yeast and aged in concrete tanks. A pretty, fruity, gourmand wine with light hints of spice. Round and charming, this is a very successful all-rounder in 2023.

Auro blanc du Château Grand Boise is a superb organic white from Provence made from grenache noir. This blanc de noirs is a gourmet organic wine, with a fruity attack, but resting on a lovely fresh finish. A superb success.
