A magnificent dry white from Provence, this Château Grand boise dry white: it develops aromas of citrus, notes of white flowers and fennel, intermixed with white-fleshed fruit. Freshness, fruit and length will accompany homemade, seasonal cuisine.
Chateau Grand Boise is a family-run winery located in Saint-Cannat, Bouches-du-Rhône, Provence. Founded in the 17th century, today it extends over 80 hectares of vines spread across the Côtes-de-Provence Sainte-Victoire and Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellations.
The Château Grand Boise vineyard is located in the heart of Provence.
The Château Grand Boise vineyard is planted on clay-limestone and marl soils, characteristic of the Provencal region. These soils, combined with a warm, dry Mediterranean climate, give the grapes beautiful ripeness and aromatic richness. The estate is run biodynamically.
