The Ugni blanc cuvée from Château Armoria is a confidential white made from 100% ugni blanc. The nose develops notes of citrus, verbena. The palate is fruity and mineral, with a lovely liveliness. We love it!

Superb Petites bulles from Domaine des Homs , made from Muscat grapes. Fruity, gourmand, low in alcohol and slightly sweet, this bubbly is equally at home as an aperitif and with dessert!

Yo no puedo Mas du Mas d'Agalis is a magnificent natural wine. On the nose, it develops notes of red fruits, violets and spices. The palate is supple, greedy and digestible, with notes of garrigue and spices. A superb success.

L'insoumis du domaine d'Agarrus is the estate's 100% carignan cuvée. This organic Cévennnes wine has a pleasant, easy and fresh structure, with mellow tannins. The palate reveals lovely notes of red fruit and spices. A fine expression of the Carignan grape, full of deliciousness, fluidity and balance.

The Pur C cuvée from Clos de la Barthassade is a superb cinsault wine, gourmand and fresh, to be drunk on the fruit. A juicy wine that develops on notes of raspberries and strawberries. We crunch the grapes!

The Grand Carré du Mas d'Agalis is a magnificent natural dry white wine from the Languedoc. This barrel-aged organic wine is both complex and digestible, floral and powerful. A superb discovery!

In black and white from the Domaine de Clovallon reveals an expressive nose, dominated by notes of red berries, citrus zest and white flowers. The palate is elegant and silky, with lovely freshness and a subtly spicy finish. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice to accompany fusion cuisine dishes, white meats or mature cheeses.

Utopie 12 du Chemin des rêves is wine declined as Vin de France because of its originality. The nose is toasty, developing aromas of macerated fruit and notes of undergrowth. The attack is frank, and the palate is tannic, powerful and complex, made for ageing. The finish is smoky. A superb success!

L'équilibriste produced by Domaine d'Agarrus (Serge Scherrer) is a new cuvée produced by the estate. This organic wine from the Cévennes is a 100% Syrah with delicate floral aromas. A great success for this delicate natural wine.

The

cuvée 100% vieux cinsaults produced by the Domaine D'Aupilhac

is a real treat. This wine features aromas of red fruits, cherries and morello cherries. It's very greedy, with a fresh finish. The whole is underpinned by very soft tannins. We recommend drinking it as an aperitif, but also with white meats or grilled red meats.

Cuvée Navis is a superb Languedoc organic wine. Made for ageing, this cuvée develops on the nose with notes of morello cherries, blackberry and white pepper. On the palate, silky tannins give way to notes of fresh black fruit and sweet spices. Superb length.

Pomarèdes du domaine de Clovallon is a pinot noir with a beautiful personality. This biodynamic wine from the orb valley is barrel-aged: it develops notes of red fruits, spices; the finish is fresh and elegant.

Domaine d'Aupilhac's Carignan is powerful, with aromas of black fruit, licorice and smoke. It always has a fresh finish. 2020 is one of the greatest vintages of recent years, superb, with great ageing potential.
