The Domaine de Clovallon, meanwhile, is nestled in the Haute Vallée de l'Orb, a cooler, wetter area of the Languedoc. Here, the soils blend limestone and marl, giving the wines remarkable finesse and tension. The more temperate climate allows slower ripening of the grapes, favoring elegant aromatic profiles and well-preserved acidity.

The Le Presbytère du Mas d'Alezon is a high-flying Faugères vinified with the minimum possible sulfur. The nose is complex, with prunes, cherries and spices. On the palate, we find the freshness and elegance of C. Roque wines. Good length. The 2023 vintage is characterized by bright fruit and great delicacy. A lovely bottle to wait 6 months before tasting!
