Deep color. Very expressive nose dominated by blackcurrant. Round on the palate, with present yet subtle tannins; good aging potential. Serve at 16°C.

100% organic Ecocert Pinot Noir, clay-limestone and silty-clay soils. Hand-harvested, gentle maceration for 3 to 5 days, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open concrete tanks for approximately 16 days.

Pairings: red meat, poultry. Aging potential: 5 to 10 years.

The Pernand-Vergelesses En Caradeux white is a Burgundy Premier Cru that opens up quickly. In this rich 2023 vintage, it opens with notes of yellow fruit and butter, while retaining the freshness so typical of Pernand. A great Burgundy!
