Le domaine Renardat-Fache is one of the top estates in the Bugey Cerdon AOC. The estate, which is in the process of converting to organic farming, will be certified for the 2012 harvest. Particular attention is paid to vineyard management to produce organic Bugey Cerdon wines of great freshness and deliciousness. A benchmark for discovering this too-often overlooked AOC.

The Domaine Renardat-Fâche is located in the village of Cerdon, in the Ain department, in the Bugey region, which is renowned for its sparkling wines. The Renardat-Fâche family has been producing wines for several generations, respecting traditional winemaking methods and highlighting the region's unique terroir.

Their flagship wine is "Cerdon du Bugey", a rosé sparkling wine made from Gamay and Poulsard grapes, using the ancestral method of letting the must ferment in the bottle to obtain a natural effervescence. Cerdon du Bugey is renowned for its freshness, fruitiness and light sweetness.
