Organic Jasnières is a winegrowing treasure unknown to the general public, but sought after by enlightened amateurs. Nestled in the northern part of the Loire Valley, this confidential appellation produces dry and sweet white wines of exceptional finesse. The Jasnières is an AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) located on the right bank of the Loir, in the Sarthe department. Made exclusively from Chenin Blanc, this wine is renowned for its ability to express the minerality of the soil and age gracefully. In its organic version, it benefits from cultivation without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, preserving the purity of the grapes and the natural balance of the vineyard.

A Jasnières bio presents a luminous golden color, evolving to deeper hues with age. Its nose reveals aromas of white fruits such as pear and apple, as well as floral notes and a hint of honey. On the palate, the liveliness of Chenin Blanc is expressed with lovely mineral tension and a long, elegant finish.
