Les Rosiers is a magnificent Jasnières from Domaine de Bellivière. The wine is mineral and develops fruity aromas such as plum, peach but also grapefruit. The parcels, located in five communes, offer the different terroirs that make up the richness and diversity of the domaine's cuvées. Their cuvées show the full potential of forgotten terroirs. The reasons for their success are the same as elsewhere in France: an elitist viticulture, partly biodynamic, which anticipates the product's notoriety, and simple but scrupulous vinification. The coteaux-du-loir vieilles vignes Eparses produces a compact white with remarkably refined aromas (evolving towards gentian). It's usually kept waiting with L'Effraie (25-year-old vines).
