Triple Zéro from domaine de la Taille aux loups is the benchmark bubble on Montlouis . This grand chenin is not dosed. The result is an airy, complex bubble that needs a few years to fully reveal itself. The Domaine de la Taille aux Loups is located on the banks of the Loire and Cher rivers, on south-facing limestone slopes. The estate extends over 25 hectares of very old Chenin vines, enabling us to produce sparkling, dry, semi-dry, sweet and sometimes syrupy wines in Vouvray and Montlouis-sur-Loire, with perfect respect for the vintage. The Domaine de la Taille aux Loups has been in organic conversion since 2012. The estate is recognized as one of the very greats of the Loire, the Guide Bettane et Dessauve having awarded it the maximum rating of 5 stars. Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2019: "Careful and elegant, the dry whites have gradually refined and now achieve a brilliance and depth that perfectly respect the terroirs. (...) The wines know how to age gracefully.
