Château Falfas

Chateau Falfas is a winery located in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salle, in the Côtes-de-Bourg appellation, in Gironde, France. The estate has been family-owned since 1972, and is currently run by the Cochran family.

The estate covers 22 hectares of vines, planted on clay-limestone soil. The grape varieties grown are Merlot (55%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Malbec (5%).

Chateau Falfas has been certified organic and biodynamic since 1988. The estate is committed to producing wines that are natural and respectful of the environment.

The Chateau Falfas is also a pioneer in organic winegrowing.
