Pavelot Estate

The Domaine Pavelot in a few words....

Le domaine Pavelot is located in the village of Pernand-Vergelesses. Luc and Lise Pavelot run this family estate, Luc in the vineyard, Lise in the commercial side. Domaine Pavelot boasts magnificent plots of land, often with sunny exposures, in the village cuvées, 1er cru for Pernand-Vergelesses, but also a few vines in Corton and Corton-Charlemagne. The domaine's wines are fresh and elegant. Cuvées that make the magic of Burgundy.

The Domaine Pavelot has been working with organic farming for twenty years, and recently took the step of certification out of a concern for transparency towards its customers. An endearing estate that is appreciated for its seriousness and the elegance of its wines.

Les cuvées du Domaine Pavelot

The Pernand-Vegelesses Blanc is fine and elegant, a sure bet with a great personality. It will be at ease with fish and cheeses.

The estate's Pernand-Vergelesses rouge is all lace and real gourmandise, a superb introduction to this AOP.

The 1er cru sous-Fretille du domaine Pavelot is a Burgundy white with great cellaring potential. It should be enjoyed over 10 years with fine fish.

En caradeux du domaine Pavelot develops on rather undergrowth notes. This is the hallmark of this cuvée.

The ile des Vergelesses du domaine Pavelot is all length and elegance. A great refinement.

The Corton and Corton-Charlemagne represent excellent value for money for great vintages. Don't miss these 2 cuvées de garde from Domaine Pavelot.
