Magnificent 1er cru de Pernand Vergelesses, fine, elegant and silky, to be enjoyed over 10 years. The nose of this great Burgundy from the domaine Pavelot develops on notes of black fruits, blond tobacco. Round and silky on the palate, this wine is beautifully complex and well-balanced. A real treat!

The 2024 Pernand-Vergelesses Village Red is all elegance and indulgence—a superb introduction to the appellation, at a reasonable price.

Deep color. Very expressive nose dominated by blackcurrant. Round on the palate, with present yet subtle tannins; good aging potential. Serve at 16°C.

100% organic Ecocert Pinot Noir, clay-limestone and silty-clay soils. Hand-harvested, gentle maceration for 3 to 5 days, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open concrete tanks for approximately 16 days.

Pairings: red meat, poultry. Aging potential: 5 to 10 years.
