Agarrus Estate

The Domaine d'Agarrus in a few words

Le Domaine d'Agarrus is run by the very talented Serge Scherrer. Set in the Cévennes and the Duchy of Uzès, he cultivates his vines using organic farming methods to produce the region's most accomplished wines.

The domaine d'Agarrus is a family estate that Serge has run for a long time; before his retirement, Serge was a letter carrier. He delivered in the mornings and tended his vines in the afternoons. For some years now, the Agarrus estate has been Serge's sole source of attention. He has been able to expand the estate and continue his work as a gardener-winemaker over a larger area.

The organic wines from domaine d'Agarrus are low in sulfur: they deserve to be kept in a cool, dry place.
