He owns the entire 3.5-hectare Clos des Rocs, located in the Les Mures climat, the most famous in Loché. This magnificent Burgundy estate produces fine gourmet white wines: it's one of the flagship estates on Pouilly.

The Clos des Rocs vineyard, practically a singlehold, is situated on a clay-limestone hillside facing east. The average age of the estate's vines exceeds 60 years. The estate is farmed organically by Olivier Giroux. Clos des Rocs white wines are beautifully balanced and elegant. A benchmark domaine for lovers of fragrant, fine white Burgundies.
