The Côtes de Provence benefit from a highly diverse terroir, made up of clay-limestone, schist, sand and rolled pebble soils, as well as a warm, sunny Mediterranean climate. Côtes de Provence is one of the leading wine appellations in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, with almost 20,000 hectares of vineyards and an annual production of around 1.5 million hectolitres of wine. The grape varieties most commonly used in the region are Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Rolle, which give rise to a wide range of red, rosé and white wines.

Auro du Château Grand Boise is a blend of 3 parcels of Grenache and Cinsault from the top of the estate. A fruity cuvée, vinified with indigenous yeast and aged in concrete tanks. A pretty, fruity, gourmand wine with light hints of spice. Round and charming, this is a very successful all-rounder in 2023.

Auro blanc du Château Grand Boise is a superb organic white from Provence made from grenache noir. This blanc de noirs is a gourmet organic wine, with a fruity attack, but resting on a lovely fresh finish. A superb success.
