Natural wines have become increasingly popular in recent years. Although no label verified by an independent body yet exists, we can venture a definition of natural wine: organic vineyard management and no inputs (and therefore no sulfur) in winemaking. Natural wines can be kept if stored under these conditions. A decanting is often welcome before tasting!
