Data sheet
Claux d'Ozon du Domaine d'Agarrus is a new cuvée from domaine d'agarrus. Serge Scherrer, who runs the domaine, has succeeded in acquiring these qualitative vines, which he has put into organic conversion. The wine is a little more structured than the letter carrier's vineyard, but remains accessible in its youth. A cuvée to drink over 5 years. A very promising terroir!
CloseThis cuvée domaine du Château Combel La Serre is without doubt the most classic Cahors in the range. Racy, powerful and structured, it sets a fine benchmark in the Cahors AOC. Excellent value for money.
CloseThe Lac aux cochons du Château Combel La Serre is the name of the parcel that gave birth to this cuvée. It develops on notes of redcurrants, plums, spices and licorice. On the palate, the wine is supple and fine, with mellow tannins and a very discreet woodiness despite the twenty-four months in barrel.
