Thedomaine des Entrefaux is one of the most consistent estates in the northern Côtes du Rhône. At the domaine des Entrefaux, vineyard management follows the principles of organic farming. The organic wines produced by Domaine des Entrefaux are always highly expressive, revealing the typicity of their terroir. Domaine des Entrefaux's organic red wines are rich, complex and well-balanced, with aromas of red fruits, spices and licorice. The red wines are produced from Syrah, which is the region's main grape variety, while the white wines are made from Marsanne and Roussanne.
The Entrefaux estate is located on a stony terrace called "Les Chassis", from which 80% of Crozes-Hermitage production is derived.

The estate produces several more ambitious cuvées, including Les Pends (clay-limestone) and Les Machonnières (a selection of old vines), suitable for aging for six to eight years. The estate has been certified organic since 2012."

Les Pends is a plot selection with intense black fruit and peppery aromas. Les pends blancs is a great Crozes-Hermitage for gastronomy, intense and racy.
The white Crozes-Hermitage is greedy, well-balanced and beautifully fruity. It represents excellent value for money.
The red Crozes-Hermitage is supple and powerful, delicately peppery.
Since 2009, an additional 2 hectares have been planted with Viognier and Chardonnay and vinified as vin de pays.

The cuvée les Pends du Domaine des Entrefaux has superb substance. This organic wine produced on the Crozes-Hermitage terroir deserves a few years of cellaring to develop its full complexity. It develops notes of black fruit and pepper: a lovely, racy bottle that awaits a woodcock over a wood fire or, more simply, a fine piece of meat with pepper.

The nose of this organic wine from the Cozes-Hermitage terroir is rich and gourmand, developing notes of apricot and almond. The palate is rich yet balanced and racy, endowed with superb energy.
