It develops on notes of black fruit, pepper: a lovely racy bottle that awaits a woodcock over a wood fire or, more simply, a fine piece of meat with pepper.The domaine des Entrefaux is one of the most consistent estates in the northern Côtes du Rhône. The vines are grown according to the principles of organic agriculture. The wines produced by the domaine des Entrefaux are always highly expressive, revealing well the tycipity of their terroir.
