The Domaine Pavelot in a few words....
Le domaine Pavelot is located in the village of Pernand-Vergelesses. Luc and Lise Pavelot run this family estate, Luc in the vineyard, Lise in the commercial side. Domaine Pavelot boasts magnificent plots of land, often with sunny exposures, in the village cuvées, 1er cru for Pernand-Vergelesses, but also a few vines in Corton and Corton-Charlemagne. The domaine's wines are fresh and elegant. Cuvées that make the magic of Burgundy.
The Domaine Pavelot has been working with organic farming for twenty years, and recently took the step of certification out of a concern for transparency towards its customers. An endearing estate that is appreciated for its seriousness and the elegance of its wines.
