The vines are cultivated sustainably, using environmentally-friendly methods. The estate is certified organic and biodynamic.

The wines of Domaine de Saint-Ser are renowned for their elegance, finesse and freshness. Red wines are made from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes, while white wines are produced from Rolle.
