The cuvée Angeline du domaine de l'Arbussèle is a superb organic white wine from Languedoc. Its expressive nose develops floral and honey notes. On the palate, its roundness gives way to a lovely freshness on the finish.

The cuvée Authentique rouge from Domaine de l'Arbussèle is a superb organic Faugères. The nose is expressive and fruity. On the palate it reveals the power of the terroir, developing on notes of black fruits, olives and garrigues. Good length.

Tournée Générale from domaine Ollier Taillefer is a sulfur-free Faugères. Supple, greedy and powerful, it's a great success. A natural wine without the possible defects of natural wines.

Les Collines Rouges du Domaine Ollier Taillefer is a true pleasure wine, with southern notes. The palate is greedy and very well balanced: it develops on notes of black fruit, garrigue and spices. Superb value for money.

The Cazalet 2022 du domaine Saint-Antonin offers a beautiful dark ruby color, with a limpid disk and purplish highlights. Its nose is fruity, slightly compote-like, and spicy; it reveals a lovely freshness. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit, prune and licorice aromas and a long finish. Cuvée Cazalet is the estate's "Tradition" wine, representative of the schist terroir and made from a blend of old vines planted in the communes of Cabrerolles, Autignac and Laurens.

Its nose is fruity, slightly compote-like, and spicy; it reveals a lovely freshness. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit, prune and licorice aromas and a long finish.

Presbytère blanc du Mas d'Alezon is a superb southern white. Fresh and greedy, it develops on notes of grapefruit and white fruit. A fine introduction to the domaine's wines.

The Le Presbytère cuvée from Mas d'Alezon is a high-flying Faugères vinified with as little sulfur as possible. The nose is complex, with prunes, cherries and spices. On the palate, we find the freshness and elegance of C. Roque wines. Good length. The 2022 vintage is characterized by bright fruit and great gourmandise.

The Cuvée Magnoux is the first wine from the Domaine Saint-Antonin, named after an old Mourvèdre vineyard. The oak is mellow and simply supportive. Cabretta du Mas d'Alezon is an organic dry white from Faugères. Its nose develops notes of white-fleshed fruit (pear), candied orange and fresh butter. On the palate, this wine combines attractive fruit and freshness, all resting on a fine body. Superb length for this great gastronomic wine.

Montfalette du Mas d'Alezon is a great success. The nose is clean, complex and elegant with notes of black fruit and cooked Morello cherry, zan and pepper. On the palate, the attack is fleshy and smooth. It develops aromas of cherry brandy, candied orange, pepper and licorice. The balance is magnificent and the length excellent. Magnificent bottle.
