Domaine Idylle Cruet Savoie - Alpine Jacquère 2024
Alpine Jacquère is a fresh, fruity Savoir wine, superb with raclettes and tartiflettes! It develops citrus and apple notes.
CloseHISTORY & APPELLATION
Jura wines have been all the rage in recent years. Estates producing great organic and natural wines have been particularly successful, such as Domaine Tissot, Ganevat and Domaine de la Pinte. Smaller producers, such as Eric Thill and Domaine des Ronces, have also made a name for themselves with their superb wines.
On the Bugey side, they produce magnificent rosé demi-sec mousseaux: these low-alcohol wines are a perfect match for desserts, particularly chocolate desserts.
Finally, Savoie is undergoing a great revival with many brilliant organic wine producers: domaine Giochino is one of them, offering bright, fresh and airy organic Savoie wines as this region knows how to propose them to us.

CloseL'altesse du domaine Idylle Cruet is a great, racy, round wine. It has a beautiful light yellow, slightly golden color. This organic wine is aromatic, pleasant and full-bodied. Aging on lees gives it its nobility and power.
CloseMonfarina is a magnificent Jacquères combined with a little primitif, full of pep, produced by domaine Giachino . Pale yellow in color, this organic Savoy wine seduces with the intensity of its aromas (floral and menthol scents, chlorophyll) and its tension. A wine to be recommended with cheese, of course, but also with seafood. Try it with gambas a la plancha, you'll be surprised!
CloseThis Apremont from domaine Giachino possesses a magnificent mineral and fruity nose: a real breath of fresh air. The palate is initially explosive, lively and lemony; this organic Savoy wine has great substance and develops on notes of bergamot, pineapple and elderberry. A magnificent wine with traditional Savoy dishes, but don't hesitate to enjoy it with seafood like a pan-fried langoustine, for example.
