This deliberately chosen gentleness often follows in the footsteps of tradition. It winds its way through the vineyard. From the first buds to the harvest, the grapes are accompanied but never forced. It passes through the winery, where the grapes are meticulously sorted and delicately crushed. It passes through the cellar, where the wine flows gently by gravity. Finally, it slips into its bottle to deliver all its aromas of finesse, elegance and harmony a few years later.

Les cuvées du Domaine Trapet

The estate's Bourgogne rouge is supple and elegant, but with a lovely backbone: it is approachable in youth.

The Marsannay blanc is a gastronomic white, mineral and fragrant, to be enjoyed over 5 to 7 years.

The Marsannay rouge is in a rather infused style, delicate, elegant, a fine success.

The Gevrey-Chambertin village has lovely complexity and outstanding balance. The 1er cru allow for greater structure and power.

The Chambertin du Domaine Trapet is a great wine for laying down. You need to wait at least 10 years to enjoy its full complexity. It's a powerful, complex wine to enjoy with game.

The Latricière-Chambertin du domaine Trapet possesses great elegance and magnificent length. It's a feminine, airy grand cru with great cellaring potential.

The Chapelle-Chambertin for its part is more virile, tighter. It's a little more austere in its youth and needs time to reveal itself. The years will restore all its complexity and majesty.
