HISTORY & APPELLATION
Jura wines have been all the rage in recent years. In particular, estates producing great organic and natural wines have been very successful, such as Domaine Tissot, Ganevat and also Domaine de la Pinte, for example. Smaller producers, such as Eric Thill and Domaine des Ronces, have also made a name for themselves with their superb wines.
On the Bugey side, they produce magnificent rosé demi-sec mousseaux: these low-alcohol wines are a perfect match for desserts, particularly chocolate desserts.
Finally, Savoie is undergoing a great revival with many brilliant organic wine producers: domaine Giochino is one of them, offering bright, fresh and airy organic Savoie wines as this region knows how to propose them to us.

This Bugey Cerdon cuvée Ancestrale develops intense strawberry and raspberry notes. Enjoy it as an aperitif or with red fruit tarts, for example. Its low alcohol content (7.5%) also makes it an ideal companion for snacks.
