The finish is salivating and juicy.The Domain Tissot boasts exceptional terroirs, such as Les Bruyères, La Mailloche, En Barberon, Curon. The estate's aim is to maximize the expression of its terroirs: the 35 ha of vines are now cultivated using Biodynamic methods (Demeter certification) to let the soils live, to ensure that the grapes are free of chemicals, to enable fermentation using natural yeasts, and to reduce the amount of sulfur used in the cellar. Les Epinay du domaine de la Grange Tiphaine is a magnificent Montlouis. This organic wine has a certain sweetness on the nose, with notes of pear juice, blond tobacco, gingerbread and apricot. Apricot, grapefruit and rose then fill the glass after aeration. Balance is immediate on the palate, with a feel reminiscent of ripe fruit. Its minerality is enhanced by a long, fresh finish, a guarantee of harmonious aging. Aged 18 months in foudre.

Domaine Tissot's "Les Bruyères" is a small parcel of 80 ares whose vines are around 45 years old on a Triassic clay terroir.
