For over twenty years, our job as wine merchants has been to select committed estates, most of them organic, whose work in the vineyard and cellar respects the terroir and the living world. Each wine presented here has been carefully tasted and chosen, taking into account its consistency, style and value for money. This is not simply a commercial showcase, but a coherent, evolving selection faithful to our vision of wine.

The red Illico cuvée from the domaine des Schistes boasts bright fruit. This blend of marselan, merlot and carignan has a lovely personality: the wine is silky, light but with a nice chewy texture. A cuvée that can be drunk slightly chilled.

The Côtes du Rhône Métamorphose from Camille Cayran is a great success: the nose develops notes of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry) followed by red fruits. Tasty, round and velvety, this organic Côtes du Rhône has a lovely freshness.

This Gaillac rouge du domaine de la Petite Tuile is a superb organic wine aged for a year in vats with a view to preserving the freshness of the fruit aromas. Fine, round and juicy, it is characterized by blackcurrant and violet aromas, enhanced by a spicy finish. Great length and excellent value!

This white organic wine from Château de Caraguilhes has a beautifully complex nose between white fruit and the mineral side of the wine. It develops on notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot underlined on the second nose by light citrus scents. The palate is full and silky, with a lovely freshness. Citrus fruits are present, accompanied by a hint of acacia and fennel. A well-balanced organic wine with good length at the back of the palate.

Les arbousiers du domaine de la Réméjeanne possesses a very deep nose of sweet spices, tobacco leaves and red berries. On the palate, it surprises with its fine structure, almost mentholated freshness, silky tannins, morello cherry aromas with a hint of caramel and licorice. It is harmonious and long on the palate.

L'enfant is the second wine of the Château Mille Roses in the Haut-médoc appellation, all suppleness and gourmandise. Depending on the year, 80% to 90% Merlot and the balance Cabernet Sauvignon. Its structure nevertheless allows it to be aged almost "like a great wine", i.e. in barrels that have already aged one wine for one year.
