The Ardoneo caviste selection brings together wines chosen with exacting standards, tasted and validated for their sincerity, balance and ability to provide immediate or lasting pleasure. For over twenty years, our job as wine merchants has been to select committed estates, most of them organic, whose work in the vineyard and cellar respects the terroir and the living world. Each wine presented here has been carefully tasted and chosen, taking into account its consistency, style and value for money. This is not simply a commercial showcase, but a coherent, evolving selection faithful to our vision of wine.

This selection brings together accessible wines as well as more assertive cuvées, capable of accompanying both an everyday meal and a more gastronomic table. Reds, whites, rosés or more confidential wines, all share one thing in common: a clear identity and a drinkability that makes you want to come back for more.

Citrus fruits are present, accompanied by a hint of acacia and fennel. A well-balanced organic wine with good length at the back of the palate.
