Its structure nevertheless allows it to be aged almost "like a great wine", i.e. in barrels that have already aged one wine for one year. The Château Mille Roses is run by Sophie and David Faure. Located in the Margaux and Haut-Médoc AOCs, the Château Mille Roses works its 9-hectare vineyard like a garden, using certified organic farming methods. The wines are characterized by rare elegance, fine tannins and remarkable balance. Aging is discreet and only supports the wines. Prices are most accessible given the level of the bottles. We highly recommend it!

The Clos des Immortelles du Mas de la Seranne is a superb Terrasse du Larzac. The nose of this organic wine develops on complex notes of mocha, zan, sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with a fresh, licorice finish. A great wine to be enjoyed over 5 to 7 years.
