Under the visionary impetus of Dominique Hauvette, an emblematic winemaker with an assertive character, this 15-hectare estate has been shaping wines of striking personality for several decades, bred with the deepest respect for the Provencal terroir. From the outset, Dominique Hauvette has cultivated her vines organically, with exemplary rigor. In 2003, she took the next step by adopting biodynamic viticulture, a demanding method based on the balance of natural forces and lunar rhythms. This choice, far from being anecdotal, has enabled Domaine Hauvette to elevate its wines to a new dimension of finesse, vitality and authenticity. Yields are deliberately low, to encourage the concentration and expression of the terroirs, composed here mainly of clay-limestone soils, ideal for imparting the minerality and tension that characterize great wines for laying down. Over 80% of Domaine Hauvette's production is devoted to reds, but each cuvée, whether red, rosé or white, bears the inimitable signature of this exceptional domaine.

The cuvée Amethyste from Domaine Hauvette is surprisingly fresh: the wine develops cherry and garrigue notes. Bewitching!

The cuvée Cornaline is powerful, racy, well-balanced: it requires a little cellaring to express itself on fine red meats. Cuvée Roucas, on the other hand, comes from young vines: it is more accessible in its youth.
