Domaine de Triennes

The Domaine de Triennes was created in the late 1980s by Jacques Seysses, founder of Domaine Dujac, and Aubert de Villaine, in association with a Parisian friend, Michel Macaux. This forty-six hectare vineyard benefits from an ideal microclimate. It faces due south at an altitude of 350 to 400 m. These renowned Burgundian winemakers apply the same methods as in Burgundy for vineyard management: organic certification since 2011 with biodynamic principles as well.

The aim is to produce wines based on finesse on this Provence terroir: the vines of the domaine de Triennes are backed by Mont Aurélien, facing the Massif de la Sainte Baume: this location ensures cool nights and brings elegance and freshness to the wines.

Significant investments have been made at the Domaine de Triennes winery: a new building dedicated to packaging has seen the light of day. It houses a bottling line designed to improve production rates, product quality and working conditions for operators. The old storage building has been converted into a 7,000 hl vat room with thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
