Les Auréliens blanc du domaine de Triennes is a superb white from Provence: it develops notes of hazelnut, exotic fruit and citrus. We appreciate the freshness and greediness on the palate for a remarkable balance.
The Domaine de Triennes was created in the late 80s by Jacques Seysses founder of Domaine Dujac, and Aubert de Villaine, associated with a Parisian friend, Michel Macaux. This forty-six hectare vineyard benefits from an ideal microclimate. It faces due south at an altitude of 350 to 400 m. These renowned Burgundian winemakers apply the same methods as in Burgundy for vineyard management: organic certification since 2011 with biodynamic principles as well.
