Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.

2024 is a great success for Château Tour des Gendres on this cuvée des conti. This organic wine develops on pear, exotic fruit; on the palate, we find the same notes as on the nose with superb density. The Piliers de Maison Blanche 2020 du château Maison Blanche is a superb Montagne Saint Emilion. With a beautiful structure this biodynamic wine has a lovely bouquet, on notes of black fruit, oak and leather. We appreciated its freshness and balance. A fine discovery to be enjoyed with autumnal dishes!

Chante Coucou 2022 from domaine Elian Da Ros is a sure bet in this vintage. The wine has a beautiful structure and develops on notes of red fruits, spices, licorice. Superb length. Cuvée Chante coucou is the estate's emblematic cuvée, the one that has made this estate one of the finest in the South-West.
