This organic Pic-Saint-Loup develops aromas of ripe fruit, spices and garrigue to accompany duck confit with figs, roast rack of lamb or grilled rib of beef.The Chemin des Rêves , run by Benoit Viot, produces particularly interesting wines in the Pic Saint-Loup and Grès de Montpellier appellations in particular. The wines have great precision and intensity. Le Chemin des Rêves has undertaken an organic farming certification process, which has enabled the wines to gain even greater depth. An estate to be discovered urgently for the gourmandise and balance of its wines. The quality/price ratio is remarkable.

On the nose, this organic Languedoc wine opens with fruity notes, laurel, tapenade (black olive), and some black fruit (blackberry). The palate is fruity, both aromatically and flavor-wise. The attack is slightly fresh and supple. Then the palate remains balanced between thirst-quenching sensation and suppleness. The tannins are rich, without astringency.
CloseGueule de Loup du Chemin des rêves is a great Pic-Saint-Loup. Its color is dark garnet. On the nose, it reveals notes of sweet spices (paprika), crème de cassis and torrefaction. On the palate, it has a lovely full, structured attack. Dense on the palate, without aggressiveness. The finish is long and a guaranteed favorite!
