The Soie Blanche du Chemin des rêves is a gastronomic wine offering lots of volume and roundness on notes of exotic fruits and spices. The Chemin des Rêves, directed by Benoit Viot, produces particularly interesting wines in the Pic Saint-Loup and Grès de Montpellier appellations. The wines have great precision and intensity. Le Chemin des Rêves has undertaken an organic farming certification process, which has enabled the wines to gain even greater depth. La Soie rouge du Chemin des rêves is a magnificent Pic-Saint-Loup. It has an intense, complex nose, with aromas of jammy fruit, spices (nutmeg, cloves) and roasting. On the palate, it's opulent, silky and licorice-flavored. It goes well with tasty meats: leg of lamb cooked in rosé, duck with honey and spices, capon with chanterelles.
