The Chemin des Rêves, directed by Benoit Viot, produces particularly interesting wines in the Pic Saint-Loup and Grès de Montpellier appellations. The wines have great precision and intensity. Bois moi du Chemin des rêves is a buddy wine, to be drunk on the fruit, slightly refreshed. On the nose, this organic Languedoc wine opens with fruity notes, laurel, tapenade (black olive), and some black fruit (blackberry). The palate is fruity, both aromatically and flavor-wise. The attack is slightly fresh and supple. Then the palate remains balanced between thirst-quenching sensation and suppleness. The tannins are rich, without astringency.

Gueule de Loup du Chemin des rêves is a great Pic-Saint-Loup. Its color is dark garnet. On the nose, it reveals notes of sweet spices (paprika), crème de cassis and torrefaction. On the palate, it has a lovely full, structured attack. Dense on the palate, without aggressiveness. The finish is long and a guaranteed favorite!
