The Chemin des Rêves, directed by Benoit Viot, produces particularly interesting wines in the Pic Saint-Loup and Grès de Montpellier appellations. The wines have great precision and intensity. The attack is slightly fresh and supple. Then the palate remains balanced between thirst-quenching sensation and suppleness. The tannins are rich, without astringency.
